ITINERARY:
Day 1. Dushanbe (706m.) – Lake Iskanderkul (2195m.) – Dushanbe (706m.)
Meeting with the guide and driver at the hotel. 09:00 Transfer to Iskanderkul lake (130 km ~ 3 hours) through the Anzob pass (2900 m high) and the Istiklol tunnel, enjoy the fresh mountain air and beautiful mountain scenery along the way. Arrival and start of the tour around the area. A short hike to the Snake Lake, which is replenished by rivers with glacial water and is therefore distinguished by its clear waters. A visit to the waterfall below the river flowing from Iskanderkul Lake, which is popularly called “Fan Niagara” (height 38 meters). Free time, a walk on the lake, the opportunity to take memorable photos against the backdrop of picturesque mountain landscapes and a crystal blue lake. Return transfer to Dushanbe city (130 km). The beginning of the route can also be from the border Jarteppa near Samarkand, Khujand city, etc.
